these past few days are what you can call "stormy days". For me, it doesn't just mean the weather but also the experiences I had, and having, and might still have. There was a rather traumatizing event last friday (don't ask). During the weekends, I did what I always intended to do: rest, and go lazy all day. I attended choir practice and mass at 5:30 last sunday (after 3 weeks of absence!) but I wasn't that all happy. *sigh* Then we got here early monday morning and poof! no water. Life is over.

oh well, for more than 24 hours. one thing's for sure: it sure is tiring to fetch water from the ground floor to our unit. good thing that the ancient elevator is working. hehe

Then, the supposed to be last LayAp was postponed because the children has exams. Grr what a waste of time and effort! *see the posted pictures for details. hehe

The only nice thing that happened to me that day was I got high on my midterm in Accounting. yey!

Then yesterday, our most hated day TUESDAY (due to the hectic, tiring schedule), well, we were too exhausted and even my mind were. My report in Psych of Learning was like hell- my mind was blank and all. And our "figure it out" game didn't turn out that well either. I was too excited to get home 'cause the whole family's there but then the lakad got postponed too. Oh well.

And today, what a weather! "Egay" typhoon sure is slow but strong. Classes had been postponed only when we got to school, while watching the Sabayang Bigkas finals. Congrats to the winners, like Jaja's class who was 1st runner up! And to our sister section 201a who gave all their all :)

Well, I think this post is too long na. So much for my rants. But I think, still, there has got to be some bright sides to this all. I'm really really trying to be optimistic now. hehe :)

It's been a week since my 18th birthday celebration. Been a week since I turned 18- the transition from being a little girl "bunso" to an emerging woman, and now legal. haha so how does it feel? Well, not that different I guess. Wth, it's been just a week! Hmm... I can't really say that I'm looking forward to the days, months and years, because somehow, inside of me, there are fears and weaknesses to the upcoming "adult future" . But then again, it's normal, alright? People of all ages experience this. It's different though, because this time, I am to take more responsibilities (especially for myself!), be independent, less carefree and childlike, and of course, getting ready to experience the real world. I won't say that I'm not living in the real world now, but then, it's just a taste of it. I'm not Barbie girl, see? haha! And that Britney Spears old song "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman"- does it apply to me? I guess. And now I'm confused if how I should act. awwwww anyway.. Updates: *finished 2 midterms- accounting and filipino. filipino- GRRR!! My mind went blank! *had no classes for 2 days because of 2 typhoons. Went to glorietta. It didn't even rain that day, though. *1 LayAp to go! weeeee! *belated happy birthday, rachie & marlyn (7), ate ana and lou-ann (8), and in advance to embrace and jasmin (12, tomorrow!) *super in love with the guy in the adidas jacket. haha looking forward to their gig in the 19th. hope it's tuloy, though :) *won't watch Fall Out Boy concert na. but it's okay. It's candy fair the next day. woohoo!!

Last night was the best! Though there were some mistakes (keyboard performance, for instance, lol) and the people I WAS EXPECTING wasn't able to/didn't come, still, the people (my family and some friends), the moment, the unique themes were enough to make my 18th birthday extra special. I really appreciated how people worked hard for it (this blog post won't be enough to those people to be mentioned. Anyway, thank you, thank you, you know who you are! :D To those who weren't able to come yet tried, and greeted me too! *hugs*!

I'm loving being 18.. yet. :)

Now, back to reality. awwww.
