After the Cathecism (which ended pretty early, at 5am), I asked Myleen, Len, Annalynd and Janine to play badminton. We've had a lot of laughs going to our house, and even up to going home. We ate homemade halo-halo (aminin nyo, enjoy lalo na yung hirap na dinanas nyo sa pag-halo nun! ehehe) and sopas (which I cooked this morning but still tastes ok pa naman, ryt? lol). Cold and hot nga eh, hihi kamusta naman yun! Then after that we proceeded to play at the kalye na (wow, watta term!) and I know I soooo stink at badminton but still, fun kahit na puro pulot ng bola. We paused nga lang for a while 'cuz the shuttle cock (spell check, lol) went up to the roof, caused by me! hihi we've done all that we could until Annalynd finally went up the roof to get it (thanks, girl!) Then I think we're not that in the mood na to play so we went to the playground. Played a little pa, in the swing, ladder bars, to the highest of the monkey bars where we stayed most, sharing childhood stories, laughing again, welcoming Janine to the group :)
Ahh, what a joy it is to be a kid again. Playing like no one'll get hurt, laughing with our hearts out, telling jokes and silly stories, and just by being carefree with your friends.
But then as a kid, fun also stops when dark starts to come and someone, just someone, might be worrying about you not going home.
Bottom line? My childhood's going to officially end soon too, in 81 days. Gosh!
But still, the memories won't be gone. They will always be in my heart.
naks! hihi :)
