so the Kiddie Summer workshop closing ceremony was held this morning. It started at past 9 already (good thing sa invitation nakalagay 830 am hehe) and ended at about 10:30 am. ambilis nga! It was held pa rin sa API since the Bulwagang Makulot is occupied (sayang, there was much space there pa naman there), and in API, masikip since the parents are there and onti pa yung chairs. Pero okay naman I should say. Yun nga lang, I think the kids better perfomed nung practices. It's obvious that they didn't give their best shot sa graduation proper, but their parents are there! Some kids are somewhat in a "bad mood" especially the little ones who wouldn't want to go and stay in their places in front, they prefer to be with their mommies sa back. Sigh, what has gotten into them kaya? hihi. anyway it started with the opening prayer (i mean, doxology of Make Me a Servant), national anthem, welcome remarks, intro. of the guest speaker, guest speaker, special awards I think (we volunteers also got our certificates!), the C is for Cookie performance nung kids (which isn't that great, I must say, they aren't energetic enough), then yung sa big kids' Awitin Mo, Isasayaw ko Performance (na hindi na kami sinali kasi la ng time, yey! haha), then the distribution na of certificates, Hawak Kamay (hindi masyado saulo nung iba), Pinoy Ako (nobody's singing!), then yung slideshow and distibution of the take out food. Then we went to Bahay Salakot to eat early lunch (na andami kong nakain, great food!), then we volunteers went out earlier since yung mga ladies siguradong magtatagal pa dun. Goodbye's and Thankyou's. Naks. Oh yeah, I'll miss it. Even if I attended only for 5 days + closing ceremony, I did learn too (from the kids kaya? haha)
